Grant’s Outdoor Adventures / Grant Putnam Outdoors are some of the most popular activities, and as such, all of our excursions are exclusive, reservations-only adventures. To ensure that each and every one of our fellow adventurers has the chance to experience the awe found in nature, encounters with new activities and friends, and the excitement of personal discovery that our adventures offer, we limit the number of guests on each of our fishing, hunting, camping, photo & video and hiking activities.

We respect your privacy and will not release the information you provide to any outside company, organization or individual.

Cancellations and Changes

Once you receive a confirmation your reservation is guaranteed. In order to maintain our commitment to all of our guests, Grant’s Outdoor Adventures operates a strict cancellation policy:

30 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund

Less than 30 days up to 15 days prior to excursion date – we will gladly accept date changes but no refunds

Less than 15 days, No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Group Reservations (Groups of 12 people or more)

60 days or more prior to excursion date - 100% refund

Less than 60 days up to 30 days prior to excursion date – we will gladly accept date changes but no refunds

Less than 30 days, No shows or late arrivals – no refund

Charges to your Card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Grant’s Outdoor Adventure is confirmed - this is normally within 24 hours of sending your reservation to us. If the date that you choose is unavailable Grant’s Outdoor Adventure will offer an alternative day or time and confirm this with you before making any charges to your card.

Prices

Prices are quoted and charges are made in US dollars.

Credit Card Safety

GrantsOutdoorAdventures.com wants you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Paypal or Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our tours. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.

On the day of your adventure, you must bring your credit card and another form of your personal ID for verification purposes. Or, a copy of your card (both sides) and ID can be faxed to us at prior to your arrival.

Returns Policy for Merchandise

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after we have received it.

You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 7 days after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Postage for returned items to be paid by you.
